Waiters/Waitress

• Key ResponsibilitiesRestaurant Service
• Greet and seat members/guests promptly and courteously.
• Present menus, explain specials, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
• Serve meals and drinks efficiently and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Clear and reset tables, maintain cleanliness, and restock service areas.
• Process billing and handle payments accurately.

Event & Banquet Service

• Assist in setting up function rooms for events (tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, decorations as required).
• Follow banquet event orders (BEOs) to ensure proper setup and service style.
• Serve plated meals, buffet service, or cocktails depending on the event format.
• Provide attentive service throughout events, ensuring a smooth flow of food and drinks.
• Coordinate with banquet supervisors during events and other club-hosted functions.
• Assist in clearing tables, post-event breakdown, and resetting venues for the next function.
• Ensure all service standards are upheld during high-volume events.

General Duties

• Maintain professional grooming and appearance in line with club standards.
• Uphold health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Handle member/guest concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
• Work collaboratively with teammates across departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications:

• Preferably a graduate of BS Hospitality Management or any equivalent courses
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service oriented attitude.
• Professional, well-groomed, and able to represent the Club's standards of hospitality.
• Ability to adapt to different service styles (casual dining, fine dining, banquet).
• Flexible and willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays as required by club operations.
