Marketing Virtual Assistant (Full-Time, UK Hours)

Salary: ₱35, ,000/month (negotiable depending on experience)

About Us

Rockstar Group operates across property, education, media, and entertainment industries. We're bold, creative, and fast-moving. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Marketing Virtual Assistant to join our team and work directly with our UK-based companies, including Rockstar and our companies in the group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outreach, liaise, and book podcast guests for our brands.
  • Source and book marketing events, and research/apply for award opportunities.
  • Manage all digital assets across multiple platforms.
  • Write engaging social media content and schedule posts consistently.
  • Run email marketing campaigns to existing clients and prospects.
  • Support wider marketing initiatives as required.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and spoken English (professional standard).
  • Previous marketing VA / social media management experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Confidence with outreach and building relationships.
  • Proficient with social scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite etc) and email marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.

Work Hours

  • UK hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm (GMT)
  • Philippines time: 4:00pm – 12:30am
  • Monday – Friday

Contract & Compensation

  • Self-employed / Contractor basis – you are responsible for your own taxes.
  • Starting rate: ₱35, ,000/month, negotiable depending on experience.
  • Paid monthly, direct to your account.
  • Long-term, stable role with consistent workload.
