Role Marketing Virtual Assistant Work Arrangement Work From Office Location Pampanga / Makati / Ortigas / Cebu / Davao Schedule Morning Shift Responsibilities Edit and enhance video content for webinars, YouTube series, and case studies. Manage calendars and schedules for webinars and case study recordings. Coordinate webinar logistics, including run‑down creation, scheduling, and ensuring alignment with overall marketing promotions. Assist with external projects: partnerships, U.S. campaigns, training and support activities. Use calendar management tools such as Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Create basic graphic designs using Canva, Google Slides, etc. Maintain content on WordPress and HubSpot platforms. Write, copy‑edit content with an eye for SEO (desired but not mandatory). Edit video using software such as Adobe Premiere or Canva. Qualifications Previous experience in virtual assistant roles or similar positions. Proficiency in writing and copy‑editing. Familiarity with calendar management tools (Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook). Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Google Slides). Experience with WordPress and HubSpot preferred.
