Sales Operations Administrator

Location: Hybrid – Makati, Philippines

About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to support, enable, and optimize the sales process for our Sales Organization. This role acts as a central operational catalyst to maximize company revenue through planning, measurement, process, and technology.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative, with proven experience supporting sales teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer lead and record assignments in
  • Work closely with the Marketing Team to define campaign goals and report on results.
  • Coordinate the release of products to Sales, Delivery, and Billing teams.
  • Organize sales training sessions.
  • Oversee process flow from order closure to delivery and billing.
  • Assist in the creation and publication of company price lists.
  • Build forecasts and data analytics via dashboards and reports.
  • Conduct deal reviews for adherence to company policies and standards.
  • Support RFPs, quotations, and contract processes.
  • Assist in territory definition and allocation among teams.
  • Track sales and partner performance, identifying trends.
  • Manage various projects critical to the success of the Sales team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably within a Cybersecurity firm.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, security, and software sales markets.
  • Experience with (or similar CRM) and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret data and trends.
  • Project management skills with the ability to plan and execute solutions.
  • High motivation, competitive and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
