Position: Business Development Officer

Place of Assignment: Bonifacio Global City (to report physically)

Status: Regular Employment

Qualifications:

  1. Experience in reserve, network resources and practical experience in the field of market development and bidding;

  2. Experience in the rules, regulations and characteristics of the infrastructure market, familiarity with the bidding process;

  3. Experience in the engineering/construction industry with a background on legalities; and

Roles:

  1. Collect information on new projects related to buildings and infrastructure, including ports, buildings, roads and bridges, railways, integrated urban developments or industrial parks, waste-to-energy, water treatment, green electricity and other infrastructure areas.

  2. The whole process of information collection, screening, analysis and evaluation, planning and feasibility study, cooperation establishment, communication, bidding and quotation of Philippine projects;

  3. Study and judge the market situation, formulate business plans, organize and carry out the company's brand publicity and promotion, and establish relevant business networks; and

  4. Organize the preparation of professional bidding documents, including bill of quantities, description of work content, technical clarification documents, technical method statements, etc., use professional knowledge for bidding, negotiation, and bid comparison.

Education: Bachelor's degree or above

Major: Engineering management, business, marketing related

Language: English barrier-free communication

Notes:

1) Head office is located at Bonifacio Global City.

2) Regular work is from Monday to Friday
