The Business Development Officer is responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to drive the growth of the bank's business.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Execute the Bank market promotion strategy in the Philippines to ensure business growth targets are achieved.
  • Promote and cross-sell the bank's products and services, including deposits, loans, cash management solutions, investments, and digital banking services.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and networking activities to promote the bank's brand
  • Responsible for the development of various types of digital banking partners
  • Analyze market trends and competition, provide market feedback and insights
  • Prepare and deliver tailored presentations and proposals to clients
  • Prepare credit proposals, assist in gathering KYC and other documentation, and coordinate with credit and operations teams

Qualifications:

Education:
 Graduate of any four (4) years business related course

Experience(s):
 At least three (3) years work−related experience

Specific Knowledge:
 Strong market analysis and strategic planning skills, with the ability to stand out in a competitive market, excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships.
