DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting Management with staff requisitions
  • Perform various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork
  • Dutifully comply on DOLE reports and other audit matter compliance
  • Participate in HR Review Board Council; with respect to HR to Corporate Policies, Practices, Procedures
  • Reinforcement of Employee Code of Ethics and Compliance
  • Ensure SLAs are met in recruitment to onboarding
  • Oversee Project Team for high impact, high value projects requiring manpower
  • Monitors and manage sourcing, interviews, recruitment and onboarding of new hires, inclusive of training

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experienced in HR Operations Review
  • Has functional working experience in HR Dashboard and Performance Metrics
  • At least 2 years in HR Supervisory Capacity
  • Strong leadership skills and can work independently time to time with proactive mindset
  • Competency in Dealing with Customers if labor or manpower related
  • Visionary in growing an HR Department to support various inter department requirements
