This is a remote position.

Virtual Rockstar is seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy full-time Medical Virtual Assistant to join our client's dynamic team. This role will involve both remote support and in-clinic interactions with patients. 

Our client's physical therapy team is dedicated to helping their patients live their most active lives. They pride themselves on their commitment to patient care and the innovative use of technology to enhance the healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries via phone and email.

  • Manage patient intake and check-in processes, ensuring a seamless experience.

  • Handle appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.

  • Post patient payments accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage the appointment calendar to optimize patient flow.

  • Work with our virtual front desk kiosk, Virtual Sally, to enhance patient interactions.

Requirements

  • Experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant, preferably with US-based clients.

  • Familiarity with Prompt EMR is a plus.

  • Comfortable with technology and capable of using virtual tools to assist patients.

  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have the proper tech specifications to work live in-clinic with patients.
