Marketing and Lead Generation Officer

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing and Lead Generation Officer to join our growing team. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract prospects, generate qualified leads, and support overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns across digital platforms
  • Generate, qualify, and manage leads through various marketing channels (social media, email, SEO, ads, etc.)
  • Maintain and update the lead database, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with business goals
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, and adjust strategies as needed
  • Assist in content creation (e.g., emailers, social posts, marketing collaterals)
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in lead generation or digital marketing
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Creative, proactive, and results-oriented
