Job Description Design and implement people policies and organizational structures aligned with the company's future goals. Future-proof the business from a human resources perspective. Review and enhance existing recruitment, retention, training, and succession planning strategies.

Drive a new performance management system for talents, especially key talents required for transformation. Ensure legal compliance in all human resource management activities. The Successful Applicant A seasoned HR or People leader with experience leading HR professionals.

Supported an employee headcount of 1,000 . Proven experience in supporting meaningful transformation through organization design and development. End-to-end HR experience.

Experience in technology-first and technology-forward companies. Experience in local companies is highly preferred. A thorough understanding of local labor laws.
