Key Responsibilities:

● Operational Management:

○ Oversee the daily activities and workflow at the batching plant site to ensure all processes are running efficiently.

○ Ensure the timely and accurate batching, mixing, and delivery of concrete as per project specifications.

○ Supervise and coordinate the work of the batching plant operators, technicians, and other staff members.

○ Ensure equipment is maintained and ready for operation, scheduling any necessary repairs or servicing.

● Coordination and Communication:

○ Serve as the primary point of contact between plant management, project managers, engineers, and the on-site team.

○ Coordinate logistics for material delivery, including coordinating with suppliers and drivers to ensure materials are available and ready.

○ Facilitate communication between different departments (e.g., quality control, maintenance, safety).

○ Provide updates on the status of operations to management, ensuring any issues or delays are reported promptly.

● Quality Control:

○ Monitor the quality of concrete produced to meet the required standards.

○ Ensure that raw materials (cement, aggregates, water, additives) are of the required quality and stored properly.

● Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

○ Address operational issues such as equipment breakdowns, delays, or material shortages.

○ Resolve disputes or concerns raised by workers or contractors in a timely and effective manner.
