Treasury Officer

Job Summary:

Seller's Hub, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Officer to manage the company's cash flow, banking operations, and liquidity planning. This role is responsible for monitoring daily cash positions, preparing cash forecasts, coordinating payment schedules, and ensuring the efficient execution of all treasury transactions. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, advanced proficiency in financial tools, and a keen understanding of cash flow cycles and payment strategies—essential for supporting our fast-paced operations across both traditional and e-commerce platforms.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and report daily cash balances across all company accounts.
  • Consolidate bank balances from multiple accounts for management review.
  • Prepare weekly short- and mid-term cash forecasts.
  • Identify potential cash gaps and recommend timely solutions.
  • Coordinate and manage payment schedules with relevant departments.
  • Ensure all bank transactions are executed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and review bank fees, charges, and account activities.
  • Record and track loan schedules and obligations.
  • Prepare and submit funding requests when necessary.
  • Generate and submit daily, weekly, and monthly treasury reports.
  • Analyze cash flow variances and trends, providing actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance, or any related business course.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in finance or treasury.
  • Proficient in online banking systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong understanding of cash flow cycles, payment terms, and timing strategies.
  • Comfortable using treasury tools, dashboards, or automation platforms.
  • Able to interpret variances and recommend necessary adjustments.
