  • Identify and report unsafe working conditions or equipment malfunctions.
3. Maintenance and Inspection:
  • Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the boom pump truck.
  • Clean and maintain the pump system after each use, including hoses, pipes, and hopper.
  • Conduct minor troubleshooting and notify the maintenance department of required repairs.
  • Ensure the truck and equipment are clean and in good condition.
4. Coordination and Communication:
  • Communicate effectively with site supervisors, batching plant dispatchers, and other crew members.
  • Coordinate with the concrete plant for timely loading and delivery.
  • Follow directions from site engineers and supervisors for proper concrete placement.
  • Maintain logs and records of deliveries and operational data.
5. Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure the concrete is pumped properly without segregation or loss of quality.
  • Monitor concrete consistency during pumping and notify relevant personnel if issues arise.
  • Prevent spills or wastage during operation and clean up spills immediately.
