Responsibilities:

  • Prepares reports for BSP, PDIC, and other regulatory bodies
  • Performs end-of-day, month-end, quarterly, and annual processes in the e-banking system
  • Prepares journal vouchers and updates the general proof sheet
  • Handles preparation of BIR Form 2307 and performs online tax remittances and check clearing
  • Prepares financial reports for board meetings, including Comparative Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Compliance Ratios, and other management information system (MIS) reports
  • Manages online government remittances (SSS, PAG-IBIG, PhilHealth)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field
  • CPA license preferred
  • Experience in banking or financial institution accounting is an advantage
  • Proficient in government compliance and online remittance systems
  • Knowledgeable in tax regulations and reporting (e.g., BIR Form 2307)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
