The Opportunity at a Glance

We're hiring a detail-oriented Company Accountant (CPA) to support the finance operations of a growing business with both AU and PH reporting requirements. This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates , employed under a proper PH setup.

To be considered, you must have prior experience with creating and streamlining processes, payroll processing, PH labor laws, taxation and government filing , and be proficient in using Xero for accounting and invoicing. This is a key role that keeps financial records accurate, ensures regulatory compliance, and helps us run a smooth payroll cycle.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Perform monthly closing tasks including accruals, prepayments, and intercompany reconciliations
  • Manage vendor disbursements and bank portal payments with full documentation
  • Process payroll, DTRs, payslips, 13th month pay, and year-end tax calculations
  • Handle all government filings including BIR forms, SLSP, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG
  • Support year-end activities such as AFS filing, tax annualization, and external audits
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding financial processes including final pay and benefits
What We're Looking For – You're the Perfect Fit if You:
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in accounting, payroll, or finance administration, with a strong background in creating and streamlining accounting processes
  • Are confident in preparing and filing BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG reports
  • Have hands-on experience with Xero , EFPS, and online government portals
  • With good understanding and experience of PH labor laws, statutory benefits, and payroll compliance requirements
  • Are accurate, process-driven, and comfortable handling sensitive financial data
  • Can manage disbursement, reconciliation, and documentation across multiple stakeholders
What Sets You Apart – You'll Shine Even Brighter With:
  • Experience supporting both Philippine and Australian accounting operations
  • Familiarity with government reimbursements such as SSS sickness and maternity
  • Experience issuing certifications via BIR and government portals
  • Knowledge of AFS preparation and assisting in external audits
  • A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field and a strong desire to grow in your career
Work Schedule & Employment Terms
