Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a SOX Senior/SOX Staff Mandarin Speaker. The role is located in Taguig but allows for some work from home. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting and managing SOX compliance audits, preparing audit reports, identifying control issues, and working with other departments to remediate control deficiencies. You will also be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining detailed documentation, and communicating effectively with both internal and external stakeholders in Mandarin and English.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English
  • Experience in conducting SOX compliance audits and preparing audit reports
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance standards and audit procedures
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation is a plus
  • Experience in a similar role within the finance or auditing industry is beneficial
