About the Role:
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing BPO team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing sales accounts, driving lead generation efforts, and leading a team to ensure consistent client acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires strong experience in cold calling, appointment setting, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow assigned sales accounts in the BPO sector.
- Oversee lead generation activities to build a strong sales pipeline.
- Conduct and monitor cold calling and appointment setting activities to ensure targets are met.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
- Build, mentor, and motivate a sales team to deliver outstanding performance.
- Collaborate with operations and management to ensure client needs are met.
- Track sales metrics and provide regular reports on performance.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role, preferably in a BPO or outsourcing industry.
- Strong background in lead generation, cold calling, and appointment setting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Results-driven with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and coach a sales team.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
