The Opportunity

Mary Roche' Marketing is seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join our team in Angeles City, Pampanga. As the Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales strategy and achieving ambitious revenue targets. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic and rapidly growing marketing agency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify, acquire and retain key clients
  • Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and support to help them reach their full potential
  • Lead and manage a sales team to achieve revenue targets
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences
  • Represent the company at industry events and build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the company's overall marketing and business plans

What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record of success in a sales management role, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry
  • Minimum 2-5 years of sales management experience
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and competing deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Able to handle GenZ and millenial sales team
