Project Sales Representative

- Establishes, develops and maintains professional relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned geographic territory to generate new business for the organization.
- Ensures healthy sales growth and collection through strategic use of different tools, Pro Connect, ACT, Field Force and other available system.
- Conducts product presentations to existing and prospective customers.
- Prepares weekly and monthly sales report.
- Develops clear and effective written proposal/quotations for current and prospective customers.
- Makes regular client visit and mapping of the assigned geographic territory.
- Manage account credit, reconciliation and order bookings.
- Develops and implements territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
- Develops long lasting relationship with current customers and prospective customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Chemistry, Engineering, Architecture or its equivalent
- Background in Construction or Paint industry is preferred.
- Computer literate and proficient in data analysis and reportorial requirements. Proactive. Enthusiastic and with good leadership qualities. High level of initiative, creative thinking, decision making and problem solving skills.
- Good negotiation skills and presentation skills.
- Willing to do field work across Luzon.
- Driving Skills
