JOB PURPOSE
Provide full assistance to the President by undertaking administrative and support duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides comprehensive administrative and executive support to the President, ensuring all business, communication, and operational requirements are met efficiently.
- Manages daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and correspondence to ensure smooth executive operations.
- Drafts and reviews letters, memoranda, reports, and presentation materials for internal and external communications.
- Prepares briefing notes and summaries for client meetings, vendor discussions, and leadership presentations.
- Handles data tracking, compilation, and filing of reports for internal monitoring and management reference.
- Coordinates travel arrangements, accommodations, and event logistics for executive engagements.
- Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Acts as a liaison between the President, Management Team, and internal departments, clients, and business partners.
- Supports project coordination tasks and assists in ensuring timely follow-ups on key action items.
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Communication, or Information Technology.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and modern collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, etc.).
- Excellent command of English in both written and verbal communication.
- At least 3 year(s) of relevant experience in executive or administrative support.
- Preferably 1–4 years of experience supporting senior management or C-level executives.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong presentation, documentation, and writing abilities.
- Able to work independently and under pressure with minimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Background or exposure to the IT or technology industry is an advantage.
