Job Description :

  • Oversees schedules, quality, safety and budgets to ensure project goal attainment
  • Regularly supervise progress and analyze construction progress to ensure that design needs are met based on standards and coordinated with concerned groups.
  • Ensure that the designs conform to local and international related codes in design and construction and translate design briefs and intent into 3D renderings
  • Identify and resolve project issues and risks proactively, minimizing project disruptions and delays
  • Develop project objectives by reviewing projects proposals and plans and discusses with management
  • with experiencing in punchlisting

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
