Role Overview:

The Architect will be responsible for developing and producing detailed architectural drawings and documentation using Revit, ensuring technical accuracy, coordination, and adherence to project standards. The role involves translating design concepts into comprehensive construction documents, coordinating with engineering disciplines, and supporting project delivery from design development to construction.

The Architect will also contribute to design discussions and ensure the architectural intent is well-integrated into the technical documentation. Experience in both design-oriented and design-build environments is an advantage, allowing for a balance between creative design sensitivity and practical constructability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and manage detailed architectural drawings, schedules, and technical details using Revit.
  • Coordinate with engineers and other consultants to ensure design consistency and technical integration.
  • Review and develop construction details to ensure compliance with codes, standards, and project requirements.
  • Assist in design development and refinement of architectural concepts.
  • Manage and organize drawing documentation across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Ensure timely delivery of drawing packages and revisions based on project deadlines.
  • Participate in internal reviews and quality checks prior to issuance.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of Revit experience with past experience in completing projects from SD to CD.
  • Knows parametric family modeling.
  • Knows a bit of AutoCAD as well.
  • Licensed architect.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly organized and systematic in documentation, file management, and project coordination.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design and technical quality.
  • Proactive communicator and team collaborator.
  • Capable of working under minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy and consistency.
