Job Summary:

The Landscape Architect is responsible for the planning, design, and supervision of landscape projects to ensure aesthetic, functional, and sustainable outdoor environments. This role involves coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and project teams to deliver creative and practical landscape solutions that align with project goals and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual and detailed landscape designs, drawings, and layouts.
  • Prepare cost estimates, material specifications, and planting plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors for design implementation.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality, design intent, and safety compliance.
  • Supervise and manage landscape manpower and subcontractors during execution.
  • Review and approve landscape materials, shop drawings, and sample submissions.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and local regulatory requirements.
  • Provide design input for irrigation, lighting, and maintenance planning.
  • Support project documentation, reporting, and handover processes.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Landscape Architect (Registered with PRC).
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in landscape design and project implementation.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, and other design software.
  • Strong knowledge of plants, materials, and sustainable landscape practices.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
