About the role

Exciting opportunity for an Architect to join the talented Design & Architecture team at Global Moving Resources Corporation. As our new Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the built environment for our clients. This is a full-time position based in our Makati City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and design innovative architectural solutions for a range of commercial and residential projects
  2. Prepare detailed design plans, technical drawings, and 3D models to effectively communicate design concepts
  3. Ensure all projects adhere to relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  4. Oversee the construction phase, working closely with contractors to ensure successful project delivery
  5. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the design and construction process
  6. Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and best practices

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably working on a range of commercial and residential projects. Experience in housing development/subdivision planning a plus.
  3. Strong technical skills in architectural design, drafting, and 3D modelling software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to develop innovative design solutions
  5. Effective communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with clients, contractors, and cross-functional teams
  6. Thorough understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  7. Registered or eligible for registration as an Architect in the Philippines
  8. Must be currently registered as an Architect in the Philippines
