ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY

  • To do in- field trade checks with regards to the total TMG program execution.
  • Identifying specific regional GT trade needs and objectives and translate it to a viable strategy recommendation for Trade Marketing Group review and implementation.
  • National budget management in collaboration with the Trade Marketing Manager.
  • Third party affiliate management that entails handling the in-field execution of Big Events and On-Premise activations.
  • To be able to identify selling and activation opportunities which will promote brand awareness, consumer trial, and sales to trade.
  • Acquire information through effective communication with the Regional Trade Marketing Specialist to analyze the Gen Trade acquired data to design innovative marketing programs and strategies.
  • Manage post promotion analysis process to review trade promotions and make recommendations for improving volumes and effectiveness of future promotions.

QUALIFICATION

  • Has a degree in Marketing Management or any related field.
  • At least three (5) years of Trade Marketing, Sales or Brand Management Experience in a local or Multinational FMCG company.
