Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Power BI, Python and Structure Query Language (SQL)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
  • Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making

Inventory Reconciliation

  • Assist in reconciling physical inventory counts with system records
  • Investigate discrepancies and coordinate with warehouse or operations teams to resolve issues
  • Support periodic audits and cycle count by preparing relevant data and documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory adjustments and reconciliation activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Analytics, Finance, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in data analysis, preferably in a supply chain or inventory-heavy environment
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems (SAP,)
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data in a clear, actionable way

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
