About the role

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our dynamic team at Teleperformance in Cebu City. As a Data Analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting our information technology operations, leveraging your expertise in database development and administration. What you'll be doing

  1. Develop, maintain, and optimise complex databases to support our business operations
  2. Analyse and interpret data from various sources to uncover insights that drive informed decision-making
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions
  4. Design and generate custom reports, dashboards, and visualisations to effectively communicate findings
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest database technologies and industry trends to enhance our capabilities
  6. Ensure the integrity, security, and reliability of our data infrastructure

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role
  2. Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
  3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  4. Effective communication skills to present complex data in a clear and compelling manner
  5. Commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis
