Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SAP B1 Support/Implementation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and implementing SAP Business One (B1) systems to enhance business operations across various departments. This role involves collaborating with users to understand requirements, ensuring efficient system configuration, and providing ongoing technical and functional support.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Business One systems.
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with different departments to understand and document business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain reports, queries, and data integrations within SAP B1.
  • Conduct end-user training and create documentation for system processes.
  • Identify opportunities for system improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience in implementing or supporting SAP B1 systems.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in sales, inventory, finance, and distribution.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and pursue SAP B1 certifications.
