Job Title: Data Analyst

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field

• With 1–3 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar data-driven role

• Strong proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex, data-driven findings

• Experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage but not required

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business decisions

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide actionable recommendations

• Clean and validate data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all systems

• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support marketing, sales, and operations initiatives

• Translate analytical findings into clear and concise presentations or summaries for non-technical audiences

• Support data-driven strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and overall business performance
