Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional
Data Analyst Team Manager
to lead, motivate, and drive team performance in delivering data-driven projects. This role requires a strong leader with excellent problem-solving skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate across departments to align with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand business needs and objectives to guide data-driven strategies.
  • Evaluate supplier sales trends to prioritize brands worth selling and advertising.
  • Manage and oversee the successful completion of team projects.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal managers to define project goals and strategies.
  • Assign and monitor agent workloads, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in deliverables.
  • Communicate data insights, solutions, and recommendations to management and other departments.
  • Implement quality controls and standards to ensure accuracy, compliance, and consistency.
  • Anticipate future needs in people, processes, and technology, and design/implement solutions.
  • Conduct
    weekly coaching sessions
    to improve team productivity and behavior.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in
    MS Excel
    (formulas, functions, shortcuts).
  • Minimum
    1 year of managerial experience
    .
  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver projects on time.
  • Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
  • Willing to work
    graveyard shift
    (and shifting schedules during peak seasons).
  • Knowledge of
    Amazon Seller Central
    is a plus.
