SERIOR SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Location: Willing to assign NCR area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Familiar with and able to assist in developing and implementing cross-platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, TikTok) social media strategies; creating engaging and original or repurposed content (text, image, video) aligned with the brand voice and target audience.
  • KOL/KOC Collaboration Support
  • * ① Work closely with influencers during the content creation process. Provide them with necessary brand guidelines, product information, and creative suggestions to ensure the final content meets brand expectations.
  • * ② Monitor the progress of content creation and maintain regular communication with KOLs/KOCs to address any issues or concerns they may encounter.
  • Campaign Execution:
  • * ① Execute influencer marketing campaigns. This includes launching campaigns and ensuring all campaign elements are implemented as planned.
  • * ② Support content creation by collecting ideas, drafting copy, and coordinating and reviewing influencer content submissions.
  • Data Monitoring & Analysis:
  • * ① Track and report on influencer performance metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, conversion rate).
  • * ② Analyze data to provide insights into campaign effectiveness and propose improvement suggestions.
  • * ③ Follow influencer marketing trends, conduct competitor research, and assist in proposing new strategies for influencer engagement.
  • Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally; track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, website traffic).
  • Proficient with mainstream advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads), such as using Shopify sites to track and monitor ad data; perform data statistics, analysis, and retrospective reporting on ad performance; accurately analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies promptly to enhance overall results; collect, summarize, and analyze market information during product marketing, e.g., regularly analyze recent trend keywords for different industry categories using tools/platforms like Google Trends, Semrush, and develop corresponding keyword improvement plans.
    1. Participate in planning and implementing marketing communication plans, including events like exhibitions, forums, and project-based communication initiatives; experience in planning and executing large-scale creative PR events is preferred."

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree(or higher) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; deep passion for social media; familiarity with the algorithms of platforms like YouTube, X, and TikTok, and an understanding of power user behavior.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media marketing or related fields; interest in influencer marketing and content creation; understanding of the fundamental principles of how influencers/KOLs enhance brand awareness.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences; candidates with content creation experience, such as producing short-form videos or writing social media posts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools; basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing."
