PURPOSE

The Multi-Skilled Technician provides maintenance and handyman works on equipment for the daily activities and operation within the office/facilities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conducts regular rounds/inspection of all equipment and facilities while on duty
  • Ensures equipment is in good running condition. Otherwise, implement trouble shooting activities to rectify any noted defects.
  • Reports to Maintenance Engineer/ Admin Manager any noted defects on the equipment, incidents and action taken to rectify the matter.
  • Ensure that the operation of equipment conforms with the operating schedule in consonance to the energy management program.
  • Operates and monitors operation of air-conditioning equipment, lightings, exhausts, etc.
  • Monitors and Assist 3rd Party Vendors
  • Accomplish Daily Activity equipment checklist and schedule of periodic preventive maintenance

QUALIFICATIONS

A. Minimum Education

  • Vocational Diploma/ Short Course TESDA Accredited Certificate on HVAC, Building Electrical System or Building Maintenance

B. Minimum Experience/Training

  • Experience and full understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Carpentry works.

Pay: Php16, Php19,562.50 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Makati City 1233 P00: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
