What you'll be doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, ensuring a positive and personalized experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support
  • Continuously develop your product knowledge and customer service skills
