Non-Voice Customer Service Representative (Content Moderator)

About the Role
Join our Non-Voice Social Media team as a Content Moderator, ensuring all user-generated content aligns with platform standards. You will help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive online environment. This role is pure non-voice and ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and moderate text, images, and video content based on platform guidelines.
- Evaluate flagged content for compliance and community safety.
- Make accurate decisions in sensitive or high-pressure moderation scenarios.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy in applying content policies.
- Document moderation actions following internal procedures.
- Protect platform integrity by identifying harmful or inappropriate content.
- Maintain high productivity and quality scores in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- At least HS/K12 Graduate.
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in shared services, BPO, or any related industry.
- Strong reading comprehension, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with sensitive or graphic content when necessary.
Work Schedule
- Graveyard or Shifting Schedules.
- 100% onsite work.
