About the Role

Join our Non-Voice Social Media team as a Content Moderator, ensuring all user-generated content aligns with platform standards. You will help maintain a safe, respectful, and positive online environment. This role is pure non-voice and ideal for candidates with strong attention to detail.


Key Responsibilities
  • Review and moderate text, images, and video content based on platform guidelines.
  • Evaluate flagged content for compliance and community safety.
  • Make accurate decisions in sensitive or high-pressure moderation scenarios.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy in applying content policies.
  • Document moderation actions following internal procedures.
  • Protect platform integrity by identifying harmful or inappropriate content.
  • Maintain high productivity and quality scores in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
  • At least HS/K12 Graduate.
  • Minimum 1 year customer service experience in shared services, BPO, or any related industry.
  • Strong reading comprehension, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work with sensitive or graphic content when necessary.

Work Schedule
  • Graveyard or Shifting Schedules.
  • 100% onsite work.
