About the role
We are seeking a talented and dedicated Taguig Site Content Moderator Support (Pure Non voice) to join our dynamic team at DIMO ENTERPRISES & OVERSEAS PLACEMENT AGENCY'. This full-time role is based in Taguig City Metro Manila and offers a competitive salary of up to 26,000 PHP per month.
What you'll be doing
- Reviewing and moderating user-generated content to ensure it adheres to company policies and guidelines
- Identifying and removing inappropriate, offensive or harmful content
- Providing support and assistance to users regarding content-related issues
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of moderation activities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve content moderation processes
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content moderation
What we're looking for
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with content moderation practices and tools
- Proficiency in English and Filipino languages
- Experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
