Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Taguig for various positions, including Customer Service Representatives, Work-from-Home (WFH) support, Work-on-Site (WOS) support, Chat Support, Non-Voice, Collections, Healthcare, Gaming Account, and Content Moderator roles. Responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, providing quality support, managing customer interactions, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving concerns, and maintaining professionalism in all engagements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and delivering exceptional Customer Experience
  • Strong skills in maintaining Customer Satisfaction and improving Quality of Service
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Flexibility with shift schedules and a commitment to working on-site in Taguig
  • Experience with healthcare, gaming accounts, or content moderation is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are an advantage
