MAIN FUNCTION: Responsible for performing loss mitigation and recovery activities regarding delinquent or charged-off accounts in accordance with Bank and legal guidelines.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Reviewing approval reports, demand letters, and collection letters for borrowers who are behind on their loans;

· Maintaining a list of loan borrowers and keeping track of important dates;

· Following up with execution assistants for small claims and legal counsel about legal actions taken on loans in litigation;

· Administering ROPA (Real and Other Properties Acquired) and managing its processing, reselling, and transfer of ownership;

· Preparing Sales Contract Agreements and ensuring all necessary requirements, terms, payments, and turn-outs are included;

· Managing the collections of major clients, assigning/scheduling collections to collectors, and monitoring their payments;

· Preparing reports, demand letters, and collection letters for borrowers who are behind on their loans;

· Sending reminders via text messages and phone calls to borrowers one week before the due date;

· Creating necessary reports and entering information related to the collection;

Handling other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,500.00 per month
