About the Role:

We are looking for a loyal, smart, and dependable Executive Assistant to support the President directly across all areas of business operations. This is an all-around role ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable working across departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role will start with recruitment and hiring for a new factory but will quickly expand to include support in production, accounting, admin, purchasing, and coordination. This person will serve as the President's right hand — helping to move things forward, follow up with people, and make sure everything goes smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Support the President with general business and admin tasks, which may vary day to day
  • Lead recruitment and onboarding for factory and office roles
  • Serve as a communication bridge between the President and internal/external contacts
  • Prepare reports, presentations, minutes, and internal documentation
  • Track follow-ups and ensure action items are completed on time
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion and trust
  • Monitor and assist in performance checks and audits across departments (production, HR, accounting, etc.)
  • Assist in sourcing suppliers or service providers for equipment, materials, and operational needs
  • Accompany or represent the President for site visits, meetings, and inspections when required
  • Organize travel bookings, itineraries, and errands
  • Manage the President's calendar, appointments, and schedules

Qualifications:

  • Preferably below 35
  • College graduate, any course (business, accounting, or engineering-related fields preferred)
  • Preferrably with 1–2 years of work experience, ideally in manufacturing
  • Loyal, discreet, and trustworthy
  • Has strong common sense and is proactive
  • Computer literate / tech-savvy, familiar with MS Office, Google Workspace, and online tools
  • Excellent organization, follow-through, and communication skills
  • Able to multitask and manage shifting priorities
  • Willing to travel between Sta. Rosa, Laguna and General Trias, Cavite

Preferred but not required:

  • Can drive or has access to transportation
  • Familiar with basic accounting or bookkeeping
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, hands-on company environment

Compensation: Competitive and negotiable depending on experience
