Job Description:

The purpose of the Project Planner role will involve both
Planning
and
Document Control
responsibilities. The Project Planner will be involved in preparing and updating project schedules, compiling regular progress reports for the Client, and managing document transmittals through the
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
system.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming/outgoing project documents through
    ACC
    (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
  • Maintain accurate version control, numbering, and transmittal tracking logs.
  • Ensure proper documentation flow, review status tracking, and record filing.
  • Support the team in preparing and filing project reports, drawings, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist the Project Manager in coordinating progress information between the Client, subcontractors, and the headquarters.
  • Prepare meeting materials and minutes for weekly coordination meetings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely communication of schedule and document information.
  • To draft and update project schedule during bidding stage working closely with BD manager, and other function manager.
  • Ensure that all delays or claims are recorded and documented with evidence
  • Ensure that project progress is updated weekly, and ensure the team has the latest accurate project plan

Basic Qualifications

  • Preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Project Management
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in project planning/document control for wind or infrastructure project experience is a plus
  • Strong proficiency in
    Primavera P6, Excel, and ACC (or similar)
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken); Mandarin is an advantage
  • Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, able to work under pressure
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential.
  • Has strong field awareness, understands construction workflows.
  • Comfortable handling structured reporting, tracking details, and managing digital documents.
  • Interested in long-term growth within the renewable energy industry.
