Core Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from job posting, screening, and interviewing to job offers and onboarding.
  • Execute strategic sourcing and partnership initiatives with schools, PESO offices, and other institutions to build a sustainable talent pipeline.
  • Lead and organize campus hiring events and inter-island job fairs to reach diverse candidate markets.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Head, HR Specialist, and Department Managers to ensure alignment of hiring targets with business needs.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and hiring quality, and recommend process improvements.
  • Support onboarding and orientation activities, ensuring a smooth transition of new hires into the organization.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, requisitions, and onboarding data in the HR system.
  • Support documentation and standardization of hiring processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
  • Promote SariMonde's employer brand by ensuring a professional and engaging candidate experience.
  • Participate in HR initiatives related to employee engagement, development, and workforce planning as part of the company's expansion strategy.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or project-based settings.
  • Strong background in sourcing technical, skilled, and operations-based roles.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and organized approach.
  • Adept at event coordination (campus recruitment, job fairs, and partnership programs).
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Preferably someone who can work as soon as possible.

Working Conditions

  • Primarily office-based with occasional fieldwork for recruitment events.
  • May require extended hours during peak hiring or event schedules.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion.
