JOB LOCATION: Ortigas, Pasig (Head Office)

JOB OBJECTIVE:

To analyze, develop, and implement process improvements and sales campaigns that enhance the efficiency, productivity, and effectiveness of the sales team through project management and data-driven initiatives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review current sales processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of sales projects and campaigns, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and data teams to develop initiatives based on insights from sales data.
  • Utilize sales data and trends to propose new strategies that drive sales growth.
  • Track project progress, prepare reports on outcomes, and suggest adjustments for continuous improvement.
  • Support the sales team in adopting new processes, tools, and systems.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the sales support structure.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales process improvement, project management, or sales operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools, and basic data analysis software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
