JOB OBJECTIVE: To enhance sales team performance through targeted training, coaching, and support programs, and to execute campaigns and initiatives set by the Sales Transformation Specialist.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to sales staff to improve their skills and product knowledge.
  • Support sales teams with strategies, tools, and resources to improve their selling effectiveness.
  • Execute enablement campaigns, initiatives, and programs to increase engagement and performance.
  • Track participation, gather feedback, and measure the impact of enablement activities.
  • Provide ongoing mentoring and support for sales personnel to sustain skill development.
  • Assist sales managers with performance management initiatives.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales training, coaching, or enablement.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and develop sales team members.
  • Knowledge of sales processes, techniques, and tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple training sessions or campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
