Job Description

This role focuses on consultative sales for IT development and digital transformation services, involving the identification of potential clients, understanding their needs, and presenting tailored solutions. The position manages the full sales cycle—from outreach and proposals to negotiation and contract signing—while maintaining strong client relationships and an active sales pipeline. The role also includes identifying upselling opportunities and supporting long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Duties and Responsibilities

Solution-Based Sales

【New Client Acquisition】

・Identify and approach prospective clients who can benefit from the company's IT development and digital transformation (DX) services.

・Conduct needs assessments to understand client challenges and provide tailored, solution-based proposals.

・Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting corporate clients, SMEs, and multinational organizations.

・Perform market research to refine sales strategies, improve proposal relevance, and prioritize high-potential leads.

【Sales Cycle Management】

・Manage the full sales cycle, including initial outreach, needs analysis, proposal creation, presentations, quotations, negotiations, and contract signing.

・Achieve monthly KPIs such as lead generation, qualified meetings booked, and closed deals.

・Maintain accurate and timely updates of all client interactions, opportunities, and pipeline activities in the CRM system.

【Deal Closing & Revenue Growth】

・Lead proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract finalization while maintaining a strong closing ratio.

・Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers to position the company as a trusted solutions partner.

・Client Success, Retention & Upselling

・Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services (IT development, SaaS, consulting).

【Qualifications】

・2+ years of solution based sales experience in IT

・Proven track record managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing.

・Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to present solutions clearly to executives and decision-makers.
