About the role

Triton Constructions Development Corporation is seeking a talented Land Management Lawyer to join our team. This full-time role will be based in our Ortigas, Pasig City office in Metro Manila, and will play a crucial part in supporting our Indigenous and Multicultural community services and development initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing expert legal advice and support on all land management matters, including land acquisition, tenure, and rights
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal contracts and agreements related to land use and development
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies regarding land management
  • Representing the company in legal proceedings and negotiations related to land-related disputes
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for responsible and sustainable land use
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in relevant land management legislation and best practices
  • Mentoring and guiding more junior members of the legal team

What we're looking for

  • A law degree and a valid license to practice law in the Philippines
  • 8+ years of post-qualification experience, ideally with a focus on land management, property law, or community development
  • Proven expertise in land-related legal matters, including land acquisition, tenure, and rights
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • A deep understanding of Indigenous and Multicultural community services and development
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
