AREA SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR TACLOBAN
Sales & Business Development
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance metrics (e.g., call volume, new client acquisitions, revenue targets).
 - Territory Management: Develop and execute a strategic territory business plan to prioritize and manage key accounts, prospects, and market opportunities within the assigned geographical area.
 - Prospecting & Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales leads and prospects through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research to expand the company's client base.
 - Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and presentation to contract negotiation and closing the deal.
 
Client Relationship & Service
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all product, service, and pricing inquiries.
 - Product Expertise: Maintain a deep and current knowledge of the company's products, services, features, and benefits to effectively present them as solutions that address client needs and pain points.
 - Presentations & Demos: Conduct compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches, both in-person and virtually, tailored to the specific needs of the prospective client.
 - Customer Support: Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., Logistics, Customer Service, Marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment, timely delivery, and prompt resolution of customer issues.
 
Market Analysis & Reporting
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends, pricing strategies, and competitor activities to identify threats and opportunities and provide valuable feedback to the Sales Management team.
 - Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate and timely sales activity reports, sales forecasts, territory analyses, and expense reports using CRM software.
 - CRM Utilization: Maintain all customer, prospect, and sales pipeline data accurately and up-to-date in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
