Job Description:
Compliance
- Acts within strict HSSE, company policies, and guidelines, leading by example
- Resolve compliance issues that may impact themselves, the office, or customer environments
Escalations and Issue Resolution
- Through collaborative leadership, drive resolution of customer issues in liaison with partners from other functions such as Depot Operations, Sales, Finance Operations, HR, Purchasing, Merchandising, CRMU, IT,
Customer Operations
- Act as the first line of contact for Customers or Sales dissatisfaction issues related to services being offered
Continuous Improvement
- Use Continuous Improvement tools such as visual management, staff standard work, and the versatility matrix to improve daily operations management
- Recommend and support a pipeline of CI activities with Operations Lead
Business Partner Engagement
- Build strong relationships with Account Managers and other stakeholders
- Liaise regularly with business stakeholders to ensure access to all relevant information to perform effectively in assigned roles
- Support Operations Lead in business reviews
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Customer Service or Customer Operations
- Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Experience working with stakeholders and facilitating remote communication.
- Evidence of thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy, and demanding working environment where the ability to prioritize tasks is essential.
- Evidence of an orientation towards learning and application of learning to problem-solving
- Working knowledge of LEAN or other CI tools
- Proficiency in SAP, Google, and Microsoft Applications
