About the Role

The Emperor Group of Companies is seeking a committed and results-driven Hotel Sales Supervisor to lead the operations of our boutique hotel in Jaro, Iloilo City. With approximately 30 rooms, this role is ideal for a proactive, hands-on leader who is passionate about delivering excellent guest experiences, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving team success and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, staff scheduling, maintenance, and food service
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of hotel staff
  • Set and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain high service and operational standards
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to create and support effective promotional campaigns
  • Contribute to business development and brand-building efforts to strengthen the hotel's market position
  • Promote a professional, team-oriented work culture focused on accountability, growth, and continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business course, or any related course
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Hotel Supervisor and Sales role within the hospitality industry
  • Well-versed in hotel management, with expertise in operations, budgeting, staff coordination, and guest relations.
  • A pleasing personality and a professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
  • A team player with strong leadership qualities and a willingness to be trained and continuously improve
  • Proven ability to set and achieve KPIs that support both operational success and customer satisfaction
