We're seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Events Manager to join our hospitality team and elevate our guest experience through exceptional event planning and execution.

Role Overview:

As our Events Manager, you will be the driving force behind the planning, coordination, and execution of all hotel-hosted events. You'll work closely with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure every detail is flawlessly delivered, reflecting our brand's commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage events from concept to completion, including weddings, corporate meetings, banquets, and social functions.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide customized event solutions.
  • Coordinate with hotel departments (F&B, housekeeping, front office) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Manage event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
  • Supervise event staff and ensure high standards of service and professionalism.
  • Monitor post-event feedback and implement improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event planning, preferably banquet/ big events for at least 3 years
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to lead a team and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of event trends and hospitality standards.
