Scope of Work / Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Management

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and issuance of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Ensure accurate inventory management through proper documentation, physical counts, and system updates.
  • Implement warehouse organization, safety, and cleanliness standards.
  • Develop and enforce policies for proper handling and safeguarding of company assets.

Delivery and Logistics

  • Plan, monitor, and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely distribution of products to customers and project sites.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and clients to align delivery requirements.
  • Oversee fleet management, including vehicle scheduling, maintenance, and compliance with transport regulations.
  • Track delivery performance and resolve logistics issues promptly.

Purchasing and Procurement

  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-efficient and quality procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
  • Develop vendor relationships and maintain an updated database of suppliers.
  • Prepare and review purchase orders, contracts, and procurement reports.
  • Monitor market trends and ensure competitive pricing without compromising quality.
  • Align purchasing activities with project requirements, production schedules, and budget constraints.

Leadership and Administration

  • Lead and supervise warehouse, logistics, and purchasing staff, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Establish KPIs and performance monitoring systems for warehouse, delivery, and purchasing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and industry standards.
  • Provide regular operational reports and improvement recommendations to management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse, logistics, or procurement management, preferably in industrial or manufacturing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and procurement practices.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
