Job Qualification

  • 2-3 years Working experience in warehouse/inventory management
  • Fluent in English, Tagalog and Mandarin
  • Basic conversational level proficiency in Mandarin is required
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Applications
  • Proficiency in the full Microsoft Office Suite is essential
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment.
  • Visa sponsorship is available for this position

Job Description

  • Will undergo training and performs duties of different designations such as warehouse inventory, and operations of the department.
  • Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
  • Meet performance goals and objectives set by upper management
  • Observes experienced colleagues to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
  • Assists import and export process (from purchase- transit- arrival in warehouse).
  • Coordinates with suppliers for govt mandated permits for importation
  • Brokerage Management
  • NTC and OMB coordination
